What we collect
- Account information from our auth provider (name, email).
- Desk bookings: floor, seat, date, and optional preferences.
- Workspace and layout data you create as an administrator.
How we use it
We process data to provide coworking booking software, send booking confirmations and reminders, and enforce workspace plans and access controls.
Analytics
If enabled, we use Google Analytics (GA4) on our marketing pages to understand traffic sources and improve content. You can opt out via browser extensions or Google's analytics opt-out tools. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID only when you accept GA terms.
Retention
Bookings older than 90 days are automatically deleted. You may export or request deletion of your personal data from Settings when signed in.
Your rights
- Export: download your data from Settings when signed in.
- Delete: anonymize your bookings from Settings when signed in.
